**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality, healthy meals.
- Develop innovative, health-conscious menus that cater to various dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
- Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh, organic, and sustainable ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Control inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs to minimize waste.
- Stay updated with current trends in healthy eating and nutrition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a health-focused or high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and various healthy cooking techniques.
- Ability to create menus that are both nutritious and flavorful.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Passionate about healthy eating and sustainability.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
