The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.

Responsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs

Work with the senior management to efficiently develop proposal budgets, provide access to project finance information, and manage contract/grant compliance and reporting

Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.

Identifies opportunities for expansion into new areas.

Oversees investment of funds

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent management and supervisory skills.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics preferred.

Experience in financial management preferred.

**Salary**: QAR13,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
