Job Description:

- Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive showroom traffic and increase vehicle sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for marketing activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Digital Marketing:

- Oversee the dealership’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Advertising and Promotions:

- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, radio, TV, and online platforms.
- Coordinate promotional events, such as sales events, community outreach, and dealership open houses, to attract potential customers.
- Develop creative content for advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Brand Management:

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Maintain and enhance the dealership’s brand image and reputation through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and partners to align marketing efforts with brand guidelines and promotions.
- Customer Engagement:

- Develop programs and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and address concerns.
- Implement strategies to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
- Budget Management:

- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
- Monitor expenses and track ROI for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and promotions.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing performance and outcomes.
- Market Analysis:

- Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Conduct customer surveys and focus groups to gather insights and feedback.
