Leading company based in Oman is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automation Division Manager to lead our automation division team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expertise in dealing with planning & project execution, monitoring progress, reviewing contracts, quantity survey, variation of works, making & verification of contractor’s monthly payment certificates
- Exposure in various latest engineering tools and techniques, cost evaluation techniques and tools which can be applied to produce cost-effective solutions for the organizations
- Excels in managing entire building automation / smart home, ELV system, project life-cycle right from development to delivery encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination, resource planning and documentation
- Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers, contractors & clients
- Hands-on experience in managing and supervising intelligent building control, smart home and ELV projects
- Deploying suitable manpower and equipment / materials and handling proper planning to ensure timely execution of the projects
- Planned, coordinated, scheduled, conducted coordination meetings with project teams for documentation of issues and actions pertaining to construction schedule
- Resourceful in creating market demand for intelligent building control and smart home solutions and products to achieve division financial objectives; conducting site specific training for owner/ operator on the Total Integrated Building Automation Systems
- Steered efforts in establishing the time span of project execution; preparing master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections / budgets and others
- Spearheaded sales lead and developed sales and marketing techniques; established market demand for intelligent building control and smart home solutions and products to achieve division financial objectives
- Excellence in reviewing & verifying project drawings, submittals, method statement for compliance with project specifications; led & supervised site work which includes design, installation, pre‐commissioning & commissioning
- Preparing and developing Testing and Commissioning strategy, plans and programs
- Coordination with technical team for new product ideas and evaluation

**Qualifications**
- Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant field
- KNX basic and advanced certificate is a must
- 9 - 12 years of experience within the industry
- Hands on experience of KNX, DALI, BACnet, Modbus, Zwave, ZigBee, IOT, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong understanding of Microsoft & AutoCAD
