Job Title: Financial Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting and validating feasibility studies for services and large manufacturing projects of various industries in Qatar.
- Conducting valuation studies and financial statement analysis for established companies from different industries.
- Building financial models on Excel using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics.
- Meeting with investors/clients for information gathering, business inquiries, and strategy recommendations.
- Identifying key financial and non-financial risks and recommending actions to mitigate them.
- Assisting clients in the complete process of attaining industrial licenses and land approvals within Qatar's industrial zones.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in feasibility studies, business plans, and private company valuations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models on Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Qatar's industrial zones and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Required Qualification MBA/ACCA/CA/CMA/CPA etc.
