**Financial Affairs,**

**Main responsibilities**
- Participation in the preparation of the Ministry's budget; In accordance with the Qatari law and regulations.
- Follow-up and audit expenditures in accordance with the stages of contract implementation.
- Follow up on revenue collection and suggest appropriate methods to ensure its collection.
- Identifying financial risks and proposing appropriate solutions to overcome them.
- Presenting initiatives to develop financial procedures.
- Contribute to raising the efficiency of financial staff.
- Provide professional advices and consultancy related to the financial performance of the Ministry.

**Required Experience and Job Requirements**:

- Academic Qualifications: Holder of a university degree in the related field
- Holder of a professional certificate in the field of work
- Required experience: from 10 to 15 years.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

- المشاركة في إعداد الموازنة الخاصة بالوزارة؛ بما يتوافق والقوانين والنظم المتبعة بالدولة.
- متابعة المصروفات وتدقيقها بما يتوافق ومراحل تنفيذ العقود.
- متابعة تحصيل الإيرادات وإقتراح الأساليب المناسبة لضمان تحصيلها.
- تحديد المخاطر المالية وإقتراح الحلول المناسبة لتتجاوزها.
- تقديم المبادرات لتطوير الإجراءات المالية.
- المساهمة في رفع كفاءة الموظفين الماليين.
- تقديم الاستشارة المهنية المتعلقة يالأداء المالي للوزارة.

**الخبرات والمتطلبات الوظيفية المطلوبة**:

- المؤهلات الأكاديمية: الحصول على درجة جامعية في مجال المحاسبة
- الحصول على شهادة مهنية في مجال العمل
- الخبرة المطلوبة: من 10 إلى 15 سنة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- الاستخدام المتقدم لتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسيل ووورد وباوربوينت وأوت لوك)
