**As a **Senior Presales/Solution Engineer** in **Cybersecurity**, you will be a key technical resource, supporting the sales team by designing tailored solutions and showcasing your expertise in the latest security technologies. Your experience with industry-leading cybersecurity products will help address customer challenges, influence their security strategies, and support the sales process from technical presentations to Proof of Concepts (PoC). You will work collaboratively with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical consultation in the design, engineering, and sale of **cybersecurity solutions** focusing on Network, Endpoint, Cloud & InfoSecurity domains
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to win business and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customer decision-makers, including CTOs and CISOs.
- Engage with customers to influence their security strategies, conducting product demonstrations, technical sales presentations, PoC management and trial engagements.
- Participate in webinars, workshops, and vendor-sponsored events to showcase product knowledge and build technical credibility with clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Fortinet, Trend Micro, Sentinel One, Kaspersky, IBM Security, Vectra, Qualys, and other cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide training to customer engineers on new technologies and products, ensuring they can effectively utilize the deployed solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations to ensure technical solutions meet evolving cybersecurity challenges.
- Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions on new product developments and emerging technologies.
- Assist in responding to customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring that solutions are aligned with customer requirements and leverage the right combination of Fortinet, Trend Micro, Sentinel One, and other technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to define and execute sales strategies, aligning technology solutions with business outcomes.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISM, CCSP) are strongly preferred. Vendor certifications from **Fortinet, Trend Micro or IBM Security** are an advantage.
- 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical or presales role as a Sales or Systems Engineer.
- Proven experience designing and engineering cybersecurity solutions with **Fortinet, Trend Micro, IBM Security, ZScaler & Vectra**:
- Solid experience with hands-on deployment or configuration of these technologies in a pre-sales or engineering capacity.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with proven experience engaging customers in the development of enterprise solutions.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and value propositions.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
- Experience working with cloud security models will be an added advantage
- Certifications and hands-on expertise with security technologies across **Fortinet, Trend Micro, ZScaler, IBM Security, Vectra** and other leading vendors in the cybersecurity, landscape.
