**Position Overview**:
As a Cloud and Managed IT Services Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will work closely with clients, understand their needs, and present comprehensive solutions that utilize cloud technologies and managed IT services. Your in-depth knowledge of cloud computing and managed IT services will allow you to express the value and benefits to potential customers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with the sales team to identify customer needs and concerns, understand their business objectives deeply, and develop customized service solutions that align with them.
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including proof of concept, services, demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients to showcase the benefits of cloud computing and IT-managed services in pursuing and shaping the digital transformation journey.
- Develop and submit compelling proposals, technical documentation, and Statements of Work (SOW) outlining the recommended solutions' scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, and support to ensure seamless project transitions and efficient service delivery.
- Stay on top of the latest industry trends and developments, emerging technologies and services, IT infrastructure and cloud best practices, industry-specific use cases, and challenges.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to increase knowledge and promote the company's offerings.
- Develop managed IT services pricing models, cost structures, and financial analysis: Familiarize yourself with pricing models like pay-as-you-go, subscription-based, or usage-based pricing. Understand cost components such as infrastructure costs, licensing fees, and operational expenses. Knowledge of financial analysis techniques like ROI calculation, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
- Write proposal and business case development: Understand the key elements of contracts, including service-level agreements (SLAs) and intellectual property rights. Develop skills in writing clear and persuasive proposals and SOWs. Master the art of building compelling business cases that align technical solutions with business objectives, highlighting the value proposition and benefits for the customer.

**Knowledge**:

- Solid understanding of cloud concepts, platforms and services (i.e. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Mastery of IT infrastructure components including networking, storage, virtualization, and security.
- Mastery of managed IT services including Application Services, Infrastructure Services, IT Service Desk and 24/7 Monitoring Services.
- Knowledge of the managed IT service models including costing and pricing.
- Familiarity with cloud migration strategies, methodologies, and tools.
- Knowledge of industry compliance and security standards including GDPR, HIPAA and ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and IT service delivery processes.
- Knowledge of vendor management processes: Familiarize yourself with vendor management practices, including evaluating vendors.

**Skills**:

- Native Arabic Speaker is preferred
- Excellent bilanguage communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of creating compelling sales proposals, technical documentation, and operating procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and sales facilitation tools.
- Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving technologies and industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Develop a costing sheet based on the required efforts from the different teams.
