Legal and Compliance Coordinator- QAtar

We are looking for a Female Legal and Compliance Coordinator for our company.
**Responsibilities**:
**Legal Compliance**:
Coordinate and manage compliance processes for licenses, permits, certifications, Employee IDs, and other necessary legal documents.
**Visa Processing**:
Communicate with immigration authorities and government departments to ensure compliance with company and visa regulations.
**Regulatory Compliance**:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Documentation Management**:
Maintain accurate and organized records of all company documentation, including contracts, permits, licenses, and compliance-related materials.
Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents as needed.
**Communication and Coordination**:
Serve as a point of contact regarding legal and compliance matters.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for compliance purposes.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on legal compliance or regulatory affairs.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working in a corporate service agency.
Familiarity with immigration processes and visa regulations.
