Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support**:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and maintain organized office operations.
- Manage documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- **Microsoft NAV Management**:
- Operate and maintain the Microsoft NAV system for financial management, inventory control, and reporting.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders using Microsoft NAV.
- **Commercial Operations**:
- Support commercial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide timely information and support to management and other departments.
- **Compliance & Process Improvement**:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within administrative and commercial functions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a commercial focus.
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft NAV in a professional setting.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Requirements
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with corporate commercial operations and financial practices is an asset.
