**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, including 3 years in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar's safety regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NFPA).
- Skilled in incident reporting, risk assessment, and site inspections.
- Proficient in English and MS Office; strong reporting and documentation skills.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid QID
- Updated CV
- Relevant certificate and supporting documents.
