Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Lumenpath Trading and Services, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong background in sales, preferably in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation and Prospecting:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
- Sales Presentations and Pitches:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients, highlighting the unique benefits and value of our products or services.
- Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing, ensuring profitable sales while meeting client requirements. Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market and Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.
- Reporting and CRM Management: Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the IT sector.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and market analysis.
- Knowledge of local market and industry contacts.
