**REQUIREMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Health Innovations of America is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist within our Healthcare Division
- Business Development: You are process driven and analytical. You are familiar with tools that help drive optimization and can do root cause analysis and problem solving for non-performing accounts or funnels_
- Establish a digital marketing strategy for accounts covering content, organic & paid advertising, social media and Influencers
- Content Marketing Strategy - Determine Marketing & Sales goals, establish a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly plan for the team to build content, delegate tasks to team and monitor performance
- Establish processes that improves content creation quality & timeliness
- Process driven - You are able to implement repeatable processes and templates that drive efficiency and productivity
- You have experience in building funnels and delivering high yielding conversions
- You can edit Wordpress sites
- Familiarity with CSS or a PHP will be a plus
- Can lead and motivate team members

- Creative Content Manager: You have a penchant for writing or creating visual art masterpieces (or close) of eye catchy posts, collages or infographics_
- Ad creative expert - Excellent graphic visual & copywriting - Master Wordsmith
- Create social media posts on accounts & schedule (recycle) posts on a daily basis
- Design custom posts for different social media accounts that drive higher engagement
- Use budget available to boost posts for helping achieve sales goals (if applicable)
- Work with the Digital strategist to align posts with the digital strategy on the account
- Content Editor - Review content written by team - exchange ideas, coach and provide feedback to others
- You are familiar with graphic & design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After effects or similar (Mac equivalents)

**Additional Recommended Skills**
- Ability to create and design content and marketing materials using programs such as Photoshop, Canva, or something of the like.
- Ability to take and edit pictures and videos for marketing purposes.
- Ability to manage website—design landing pages, update current website with changes, manage website integrations, etc.
