- Prepare and maintain reports on project status, progress, and any issues encountered.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Civil Team Lead with a focus on facilities management (FM).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Relevant certifications or licenses.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
