**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the fit-out, events & exhibitions, and printing & packaging sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business retention.
**2. Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Proactively identify and target potential customers, and generate leads to expand the client base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Monitor industry trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly and stay ahead of the competition.
**3. Account & Territory Management**:
- Manage a designated sales territory and assigned client accounts, focusing on revenue growth and account penetration.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are fully met, and projects are completed to clients’ expectations.
**4. Proposal & Quotation Development**:
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and quotations, ensuring they align with client budgets and expectations.
- Customize solutions based on client needs, presenting product/service capabilities and how they meet client objectives.
**5. Industry Networking & Events**:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and engage with prospective clients.
- Stay updated on industry developments, attending seminars or conferences relevant to fit-out, events & exhibitions, and printing & packaging.
**6. Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
**7. Team Collaboration & Support**:
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and design teams to coordinate project requirements and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed, sharing insights and best practices to drive overall team success.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or MBA or Masters in Marketing.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales within the fit-out, events & exhibitions, and printing & packaging industries.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive and strategic sales approach.
**Key Skills**:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
