**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Requirements Gathering & Analysis**: Conduct thorough business and system requirement gathering sessions, collaborating with stakeholders within the Organization
  • **System Design & Documentation**: Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), system design specifications, and functional requirements that translate legal concepts into technical frameworks.
  • **Testing & Validation**: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate system functionality to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • **Project Management Support**: Assist the project manager in resource planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • **Training & Support**: Lead training sessions for end-users, creating user manuals and system documentation to enhance user experience and system adoption.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and system analysis, preferably within a legal or governmental context.
  • **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Arabic is required; fluency in English is an advantage.
  • **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of business analysis tools, data modeling, and system documentation standards. Experience with legal case management systems or ERP solutions is a plus.
  • **Domain Knowledge**: Understanding of legal prosecution processes is a strong advantage.
