Social Media Videographer & Photographer

Key Responsibilities:

- Shoot high-quality short-form videos and photos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Capture both candid and staged content (behind-the-scenes, promos, product shots, restaurant settings, etc.)
- Edit videos into engaging reels, stories, posts, and longer-form content if needed
- Create social media-friendly edits (text overlays, trending sounds, fast cuts, engaging hooks)
- Deliver a mix of raw footage and edited content
- Maintain brand consistency (color grading, style, vibe)
- Manage shoot setup: lighting, angles, basic props if necessary

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in using professional cameras (Sony, Canon, or equivalent mirrorless/DSLR) and lenses for both photo and video
- Experience with smartphone videography for social media (optional but a big plus)
- Strong skills in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut is a plus for quick edits)
- Knowledge of frame rates, resolution, aspect ratios for different social media platforms
- Basic color grading and sound editing

Soft Skills:

- Creativity and a strong eye for visual storytelling
- Fast turnaround time (especially for trends and quick social posts)
- Good communication and ability to understand the brand’s tone and aesthetics
- Flexibility to work on-site (restaurants, offices, events) and possibly weekends if needed
- Proactive with ideas for content
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Equipment Requirements (preferred):

- Owns a professional camera and stabilizer/gimbal
- Portable lighting equipment (softbox, LED lights, reflectors)
- Laptops and editing software ready for fast delivery
- (Optional) Drone license and equipment for aerial shots

**Experience**:

- Familiar with current social media trends, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Active in Videography and Photography at own time, professionally or not

**Job Types**: Internship, New grad
Contract length: 3 months
