Job Title: Social Media Coordinator / Content Writer (Female - Arab)

We are currently seeking a **creative and detail-oriented Female Arab Social Media Coordinator / Content Writer** to join our growing team. You will work closely with the Social Media Account Manager to create compelling content for both the company and our clients' social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and building brand presence across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

  • Create and implement monthly content calendars in collaboration with the account manager

  • Craft dynamic written content in English and Arabic for posts, captions, and social campaigns

  • Engage with trending social media topics to enhance brand relevance

  • Create engaging content (including writing and visual design) that promotes audience interaction

  • Respond to DMs and manage day-to-day account communications

  • Handle client communication on WhatsApp in a professional manner

  • Post and schedule social media content (posts & stories)

  • Design stories using Canva or similar tools

  • Attend and support photoshoots and client events when required

  • Provide event coverage and live social updates

  • Attend client meetings and take accurate meeting minutes

  • Collaborate with the creative team to edit grids, videos, and other multimedia content

  • Suggest and implement new content ideas and social media strategies

  • Run **Instagram and Facebook promotions (knowledge of Snapchat and TikTok is a plus)

  • Supervise task distribution within the team and ensure deadlines are met


Qualifications & Requirements:

- **Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a must**

  • Female candidate with knowledge and cultural understanding of Arab audiences

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair

  • Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with video editing tools

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Flexibility to attend in-person events and shoots as needed

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotions is a plus

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR3, QAR4,500.00 per month
