**Job Summary**

The **Deputy Operations Manager**supports the Managing Director in overseeing and enhancing operational processes, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities, and meeting key performance targets. This role includes managing teams, coordinating with other departments, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
As a **Deputy Operations Manager**, your responsibilities are as follows:

- Support the Managing Director in developing, implementing, and managing operational procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Monitor project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Develop and manage team schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource allocation.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, addressing any personnel issues as they arise.
- Assist the Managing Director in strategic planning for operational improvements and growth initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement, recommend changes, and lead the implementation of new strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with company objectives.
- Support budget planning and expenditure monitoring to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Analyze operational costs and optimize resources to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
- Provide monthly operational and financial reports to the Managing Director.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure services meet company standards and client expectations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the collection industry.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols, minimizing workplace risks and incidents.
- Address client inquiries or complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Represent the operations department in client meetings as needed.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep operations at a competitive edge.
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the operations team.
- Conduct regular assessments of operations’ workflows, suggesting enhancements where necessary.
- Undertake any additional tasks related to the role as per job requirements, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategies

**Job Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in debt collection, communications, or a related field.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing operations within a similar industry.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements specific to the industry.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and operational software.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
