The position as a sales executive is responsible for performing confidential administrative duties and arranging a visit for our prospective digital marketing services sector clients relating to organizing and coordinating department activities with his sales team leader.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Office Management procedures.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language
- Knowledge of word processing, managing files.
- Knowledge of customer service.
**Skills**:
- Good communication skills in dealing with clients, professionals, administrators, and company representatives.
- Skills in attention to detail with practical experience of MS Office.
- Skill in talking to other to convey information effectively.
- Skills in communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
Abilities
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, and reports.
- Ability to analyze and solve work-related problems.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Ability to handle a variety of changing duties resulting from the complexities of equipment.
- Ability to work within limits and standards and capable of working under emergency conditions.
Essential Function
- Maintains meeting and schedule calendar for the team leader.
- Ensures confidentiality of reports, meetings, discussions, designs and all information sensitive in nature.
- Follow up with departments on status update of pending tasks as instructed by the team leader.
- Organizes and maintain computerized records of documents and transmittals.
- Makes arrangement to receive guests/clients and visiting the prospective.
- Prepares and consolidates reports and presentation.
- Achieving the target set by department management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Arabic English speaking and writing
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience.
- Salary will be determined through interview
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
