**What does the company do?** The company specialize in designing digital invitations, digital greetings, printable cards and other printed items. **Qualifications**: 1- Fluent in Arabic and Speaking 2- Fast typing on phone and computer 3- Attention to details 4- Excellent communication Skills 5- Start-up Mentality 6- Customer service skills 7- Team work spirit **Tasks & Reporting** .You are expected to: 1- Take clients orders and log them in "Trello" 2- Issue invoices using Sadad 3- Work with the designers to follow-up on the clients orders 4- Work closely with production to ensure orders finished on time with good quality 5- Support in Posting marketing materials on Social media 6- Work with the designer & production to come-up with new products 7- Promote our existing products 8- Contribute with ideas & efforts to increase company sales **Working Hours & Location** 48 working hours per week, from 9:30am to 6pm Saturday to Wednesday, Thursday is 9am to 3pm where Friday is off. Office located in D-Ring Road, Al-Hilal, Doha **Commencement date**: As soon as possible **Salary and Benefits** 1- Full package Salary of QAR 4,500 2- One paid return ticket 3- 21 days of annual leave (paid) 4- 10 Days sick leave (Certificate to be provided) 5- 3 days casual leave (non consecutive) 6- **3% percentage incentive on every invoice you issue (after reaching sales target which is 40,000**)** **Note**: **The existing proposed salary is the best we can offer under the current market situation, once the company sales improves, the salary will be reviewed.** **Salary**: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
