Job Title**:Pharmaceutical Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital buyers. The primary focus is to generate sales, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensure the effective distribution of pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Product Promotion and Sales**: Present and promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff) to increase product awareness and drive sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance brand loyalty and improve sales performance.
- **Territory Management**: Manage a designated geographical area, identifying potential clients and maximizing sales opportunities.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, and trends in the pharmaceutical industry to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to doctors, nurses, and other key decision-makers in healthcare settings.
- **Product Education**: Educate healthcare providers on the benefits, usage, and potential side effects of products. Provide them with updated clinical information and research data.
- **Negotiation and Closing Sales**: Negotiate contracts and terms with healthcare providers and organizations to close sales deals and increase market share.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Keep track of sales activities and report on performance to management regularly.
- **Customer Support and Follow-Up**: Provide after-sales support by ensuring customers are satisfied with the products and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Work with marketing, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure the effective promotion and compliance of products.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **pharmacy**, **life sciences**, **business**, or related field. A background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong **communication** and **negotiation** skills.
- Ability to build and maintain **relationships** with healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of **pharmaceutical products** and the medical industry.
- Self-motivated, **goal-oriented**, and **independent**.

Pay: QAR62,492.00 - QAR83,323.00 per year
