Draftsman

The Architect Designer plays a critical role in shaping the built environment by creating innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and adhere to regulatory standards. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present architectural designs and concepts to clients.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate systems and materials.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainability practices.

- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

**Skills**:

- 4-5 Years experience in designing and executing
- Knowledge in 2D, 3D, 3D MAX, and design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices.
