**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **social media strategies** to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality **content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, ads, etc.)** tailored for each platform.
- Optimize **Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms** for real estate marketing.
- Manage **paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.)** for lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze **social media performance metrics**, adjusting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster online **community engagement**.
- Conduct **competitor research** and stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the **marketing and sales teams** to ensure social media aligns with overall business objectives.
- Maintain a consistent **brand voice and aesthetic** across all platforms.
- Organize and execute **social media contests, live sessions, and influence collaborations** to enhance reach.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **4+ years of proven experience** in social media management, preferably in the **real estate industry**.
- Expertise in **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter marketing**.
- Strong understanding of **SEO, PPC, social media analytics, and paid ad campaigns**.
- **Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).**:

- Proficiency in **graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing** is a plus.
- Experience with **social media management tools** like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of **real estate trends, buyer behavior, and digital marketing strategies**.

**Key Demographic Requirements**:
Must be **based in Qatar** with a **valid QID**.
