- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or equivalent are a plus.
