**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are cost-effective and efficient.
- Source mechanical parts and equipment from suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and ensure that all requirements are met.
- Work with engineering teams to identify potential suppliers for new projects.
- Monitor and forecast industry trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of purchases and deliveries.
- Continuously improve procurement processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a mechanical or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of mechanical parts and equipment and their associated procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
