Primary purpose of the role The Security specialist is responsible for the administration of the Organiation’s Information and data security policies and practices to ensure authorized users can readily access information and that the information is protected in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Well follow security best practices guideline. In this role, need to handle all responsibility as following mentioned.

v Initiate, priorities, consult on and develop team/ unit goals, strategies, and plans

v Assist with security breach investigations to guide the refinement of information security policies and practices

v Design and deploy Implement IT security for LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

v Maintain network hardware and software security in place.

v Identify user needs.

v Determine network and system requirements.

v Build process and procedure.

v Installing and implementing security programs

v Maintain network servers such as secure VPN, Site to site VPN, Advance threat protection and intrusion detection systems,

v Well knowledge difference types of attack like DDoS.

v Keeping an eye out for needed updates, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

v In many cases, E- mail Filter, and Internet filters

v Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs, providing references and support.

v Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.

v Establishes network specifications by conferring with users, analyzing workflow, access,

information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.

v Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.

v Analyze and isolate issues.

v Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.

v Evaluate and modify system's performance.

v Perform network address assignment.

v Monitoring network traffic and bottleneck

v Testing the network and system weakness.

v Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation.

v Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good output, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

v Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
