Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Greeting Guests**: Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- **Seating Arrangements**: Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table usage while providing a pleasant dining experience.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and entrance area.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Provide guests with information about the menu, specials, and promotions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.
- **Assistance**: Assist with special events and private dining arrangements as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Appearance**: Professional appearance and demeanor.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- **Attitude**: Positive, friendly attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
