**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance, as per Qatar Labour Law.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Represent the company in legal matters, including managing disputes, negotiations, and litigation when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance across all business operations, including compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
- Advise on risk management strategies and help mitigate legal risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Qatar Labour Law.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, particularly Qatar Labour Law.
- Provide training and legal guidance to internal stakeholders on relevant legal issues, especially as they relate to Qatar Labour Law.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or equivalent law degree.
- With a solid understanding of Qatar Labour Law and relevant legal frameworks.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a legal advisory or in-house counsel role, with specific experience in Qatar Labour Law, corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues, including those specific to Qatar, and provide clear, actionable advice.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
