**Job Description: Packaging Specialist (F&B / Restaurant Experience)**

**Position Summary**

The Branding & Packaging Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and executing brand-aligned packaging solutions that enhance product visibility, customer experience, and market competitiveness. The role involves conceptualizing packaging ideas, managing design projects, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with suppliers to deliver high-quality packaging materials within deadlines and budget.

**Branding & Design**
- Develop creative packaging concepts that reflect brand identity and product positioning.
- Ensure all packaging designs follow brand guidelines, color schemes, and typography standards.
- Create visual assets including labels, boxes, sleeves, pouches, containers, and promotional packaging.
- Produce mock-ups, dielines, and print-ready files.

**Packaging Development**
- Oversee the end-to-end packaging design process from concept to production.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, and printing techniques for each product category.
- Test packaging prototypes for functionality, durability, and aesthetic quality.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure packaging meets required standards and timelines.

**Brand Strategy Support**
- Support brand development through cohesive design across product packaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to ensure packaging remains modern and competitive.
- Contribute ideas for brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**
- Work with operations, procurement, and product development to align packaging needs with business requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for product photoshoots, branding rollouts, and marketing materials.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Ensure packaging meets regulatory standards (nutrition labels, barcodes, product details, country-specific requirements).
- Conduct quality checks on final printed materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sustainable packaging trends.
