Are you driven by excellence in administration and customer service? We are in search of a dedicated Client Account Coordinator with experience in the Qatar market to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing client accounts and going to client offices to handle the work, ensuring top-tier administrative support, and delivering unparalleled customer service to enhance our brand's reputation in the Qatar market.

**Note**:this position requires going to our clients' offices and conducting a portion of the daily work from there.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee the meticulous handling of client paperwork, ensuring the timely collection and organization of all essential documents.
- Efficiently handle client requests utilizing the company's proprietary software, collaborating closely with the appropriate departments to ensure inquiries are addressed and tasks are executed to completion.

**Qualifications**
- Three years of experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of the office equipment and computer software
- English fluency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attentive work ethic, information-oriented, as well as self-motivated
- Great attention to detail and organization skills

Working hours from 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break). Friday is OFF and Saturday is OFF (but on call).
