Shall have received an engineering apprenticeship or training in Scaffolding engineering.
- Shall have CISRS or CISRS direct affiliates such as CITB, SIMIAN SKILL, NASC, Safety & Access Ltd,
- standardized scaffolding Supervisor course certificate. Having experience in both supervision during construction, inspection, and certification of scaffolding structures,
- Shall have educational qualification preferably Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Must be able to work with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages and be able to perform PR/PH roles in Pearl GTL.
- Shall carry CISRS competency cards as well as QSGTL competency test cards when working on-site.
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of HSE issues and be able to carry out Risk Assessment,
- Shall have a fairly good knowledge & understanding of Scaffolding codes of practices.
- Scaffolding Supervisor shall be capable for delivery of toolbox talks to the Scaffolder,
- Shall be capable of inputting required data for the COMPANY computerized engineering administration system and submitting daily time sheets, Shall be capable of supervising the service team and shall be able to exert full disciplinary and trade control over the tradesmen.
- Shall be able to communicate in English.
- The Scaffolding Supervisor shall be certified medically fit for Scaffolding Work and work at heights.
