**SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISORS**

Location: Ras laffan (Qatar Shell)

Duration: 2 Months and extendable

Mobilization: Immediate

**Salary**: 4000 to 4500 QAR +FAT

Working hours: 10 hours + 6 days of work

Certification: CISRS (or equivalent international certifications)

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

CISRS Certification or equivalent (CITB, SIMIAN, NASC, etc.)

Min. 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, incl. 5 years in a supervisory scaffolding role

Knowledge of British standards, safety codes, and load classifications

Experience with inspection, certification, and scaffolding design coordination

Proficient in reading engineering drawings and conducting Risk Assessments

Strong HSE awareness and team leadership skills

Able to deliver toolbox talks and manage permit/administrative systems

Fluent in English (IELTS 5 equivalent)

Qatar Driving License & medical fitness mandatory
