**Job Responsibility’s**

**Pre Contract Duties**
- Receiving Quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors and prepare price comparison analysis.
- Prepare and Finalize the Bill of Quantities for the submission.
- Checking the entire tender documents received from the client and prepares Project brief.
- Preparing Quantity take off from the tender drawings and compare with the tender BOQ and prepare Query sheets for the missing items.

**Post Contract Duties**
- Preparing and compiling Variation claim document with all relevant substantiation to the Satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer.
- Evaluating Sub-Contractor’s variations.
- Preparing Quantity take off for the site requirement (Civil, fit out Infrastructure, Utilities etc.)
- Preparing & Updating Subcontractors/Suppliers Material delivery log.
- Final Account preparation for Subcontractors
- Conducting the site team in daily basis to collect the actual details of daily manpower, materials and preliminaries.
- Providing the Daily, Weekly & monthly cost reports to the Management.
- Monitoring the monthly actual cost against budget and highlighted to management.
- Preparing Interim payment Application against value of work done for measured works, variation orders, material on site/off site, special payments in accordance with contract.

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
