- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- UPDA Grade A certified.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Must have experience to QS related works with PWA
- Thorough knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management principles.
- Maintain project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.
- Monitor on variations between budgets.
- Identify and manage contractual risks and variations, seeking approval when necessary.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams on contract-related matters.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: QAR11,000.00 - QAR12,500.00 per month
