**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support technical components of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including:

- Fast Formulas
- HCM Extracts
- BI/OTBI Reports
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- PaaS Extensions
- Provide technical support for business change requests and enhancements related to HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, etc.).
- Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in the development and support of integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Infor Cloverleaf.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support data migration, validation, and transformation during enhancement or project rollouts.
- Follow cleint's IT processes for documentation, version control, testing, and deployment.
- Work with BAS to ensure alignment with existing system architecture and compliance standards.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical development.
- Strong expertise in:

- Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Eligibility)
- BI Publisher / OTBI Reports
- HDL / HSDL
- HCM Extracts and data transformation
- Personalization and Page Composer
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar platforms.
- Prior experience with Infor Cloverleaf is a plus (training can be provided).
- Good understanding of Fusion Security, Role Customization, and Oracle SaaS architecture.
- Proven experience in working in a multi-module ERP setup (HCM, Finance, SCM).
- Familiarity with PaaS extensions using Oracle VBCS, ADF, or similar frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

**Job Type**: Contract
