**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM Functional Consultant to join our team for a 12-month onsite engagement. The consultant will be responsible for functional analysis, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS HCM modules, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed functional analysis and business process mapping for Oracle EBS HCM implementation
- Gather and document functional requirements through stakeholder workshops in both Arabic and English
- Configure Oracle EBS HCM modules according to business requirements and best practices
- Design and document business process flows and functional specifications
- Create test scenarios and lead functional testing efforts
- Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions in both Arabic and English
- Provide functional specifications to technical team for customizations
- Support data migration planning and execution from a functional perspective
- Perform system setup and configuration
- Provide post-implementation functional support
- Document functional designs and solution architecture

**Required Qualifications**
- Any Degree
- **Minimum 8+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM implementations**:

- Strong expertise **in Oracle EBS HCM modules functional configuration (R12.x)**:

- **Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing)**:

- **Experience in full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations**:

- Deep understanding of HR business processes and best practices
- Knowledge of Middle East HR practices and regulations

**Functional Expertise Required**
- Oracle Core HR functional setup and configuration
- Oracle Payroll business process design and implementation
- Oracle Self-Service HR process mapping and configuration
- Oracle Learning Management functional implementation
- Oracle Performance Management process design
- Experience in functional requirement gathering and documentation
- Business process analysis and optimization
- End-user training development and delivery
- Functional testing methodology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From QAR12,000.00 per month
