Our client is a prominent provider of facility management services, offering complete maintenance solutions for building systems. They specialize in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep, ensuring efficient operations and mínimal disruptions.

**Job Title**: HVAC Supervisor
**Location**: Rawdat, Qatar
**Duration**: 1 Month (Extendable)
**Salary**: 3500 QAR (Full Package)
**Working Hours**: 9 Hours/Day, 6 Days/Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and service activities.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians.
- Ensure that all work complies with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory of HVAC parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are available when needed.
- Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure HVAC systems meet the needs of the building occupants.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety guidelines and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, ideally within a facility management environment.
- Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of technicians.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex HVAC issues.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and related components.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with various teams and departments.
- A valid HVAC-related certification or diploma is preferred.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards is a plus.
