**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users in the oil and gas industry, including troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals used by end-users.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.
- Provide end-user training and support on the use of IT equipment and software.
- Manage and monitor software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
- Participate in IT projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in End User Computing, with a focus on supporting hardware and software used in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Experience with enterprise-level antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with end-users at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Visa will be provided**

**Salary**: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
