We are looking to hire qualified Bank Support Staff who can join our dynamic team.
- Provide information, assistance and support to customers.
- Log information about enquiries, issues and complaints.
- Assist with the preparation of reports.
- Coordinate and undertake mail, banking, correspondence and receipting processes.
- Prepare agendas and take/distribute minutes for weekly staff meetings.
- Provide direct administrative support for other service areas including Client Services, Communications if required.

**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- **Previous banking experience is a must.**:

- Must be a Native Arabic Speaker.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must have a transferable visa, or under family sponsorship.
- Locally available in Qatar, and can start immediately.

**Salary**: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Banking/Financial: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
