System Implementation Manager

**About the role**

We are hiring an HR Systems Implementation Manager who will be responsible for handling system-related processes; propose to the Senior Management the policies related to QR HR Systems. You will also partner up with IT department to work on upgrades on internal systems such as ORACLE, SharePoint,.NET Technology platforms and its supporting systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will also be responsible for:

- Supporting the staff on functionality-related problems faced whilst using the QR HR Systems across Doha and Outstations.
- Effective planning and overseeing of HR System implementation/development projects to ensure successful fulfilment of end-user requirements, accurate testing and sound implementation.
- Coordination with user groups from multiple companies across QR Group, perform in-depth analysis of gaps in current system landscape and lead the HR process design for effective system solution
- Managing access levels and restrictions for users across multiple HR systems (Product / In-house systems).
- Providing functional specifications and expertise for Group HR and Payroll system enhancements and developments.
- Delivering training to system users and providing system support for the new system users in Doha and Outstations.
- Developing user guidelines and protocols for correct usage of system modules.
- Developing knowledge base on existing processes to update /maintain data on HR systems
- Extracting and preparing data analytics on data stored on HR systems

**Qualifications**:
**About You**
- Relevant College or University qualification equal to a Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
- HRMS implementation experience in an airline.
- Proven track record of leading major change without supervision.
- Ability to demonstrate Strong Oracle HRMS and Payroll domain knowledge to execute all the required IT activities related to HR areas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and understand business cycles and their impact on the business. A must have-ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Oracle
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear directions and manage workflow.
- Strong mentoring and coaching expertise. Ability to train & develop subordinate's skills, and foster cooperation among team members.

Preferred
- Oracle HRMS Certification, OR
- Experience in implementing Microsoft CRM, OR
- Experience in Power BI platform and connecting to data set for meaningful analytics.
