Role Objective:

- Manage client's project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure timely decisions, budget adherence, and project delivery.
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates.
- Oversee daily client interactions for satisfaction and alignment.

2. Key Accountabilities:

- Supervise Consultants and Contractors for timely and compliant site execution.
- Implement project management tools: org charts, schedules, material lists, logs, safety plans.
- Ensure processes for material approvals, design reviews, shop drawings, and quality control.

3. Technical Oversight:

- Supervise technical design development.
- Escalate key issues and ensure timely consultant responses.
- Review technical and monthly reports for compliance and accuracy.

4. Reporting:

- Submit monthly/interim progress reports.
- Draft technical documents, cost estimates, and variation/work orders.

5. Handover Procedures:

- Oversee project handover/takeover and defect rectification.

6. Coordination:

- Liaise with UDC departments and subsidiaries for project data.

7. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead Engineers and Architects under E&C Director and Senior Project Manager.

8. Safety, Quality & Environmental Compliance:

- Enforce approved safety, quality, and environmental programs.

9. Policy Compliance:

- Monitor adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

10. Budget Management:

- Execute project plans within approved budgets.

11. Performance Management:

- Set and manage individual performance targets.

12. General Reporting:

- Submit comprehensive reports and recommendations.

13. Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (mandatory), Master’s preferred.

14. Professional Experience:

- 7-10 years in construction, project management, and development.
- Experience with international companies.

15. Behavioral Competencies:

- Planning, leadership, integrity, adaptability, and stress management.

16. Technical Competencies:

- Construction industry knowledge, quality focus, multilingual communication,
and project management tool proficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From QAR16,000.00 per month
