Job Summary:
Installation:
Install new air conditioning systems, including ductwork, compressors, and thermostats.

Ensure all installations meet industry standards and local building codes.

Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning systems, including cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components.

Conduct seasonal maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.

Repair

Diagnose and repair malfunctioning air conditioning units and related equipment.

Troubleshoot issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Replace or repair defective parts, including motors, compressors, and electrical controls.

Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their air conditioning needs and repair options.

Educate clients on proper system maintenance and usage to enhance system efficiency and longevity.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

Provide detailed reports to management and clients regarding the condition of systems and any recommended follow-up work.

Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and safety standards.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC technology preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an air conditioning technician.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including split systems, central air conditioning, and heat pumps.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 30 Kg) and work in physically demanding conditions.

Comfortable working in various environments, including residential homes and commercial buildings.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
