**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance, repair, calibration, and overhaul of mechanical equipment
- Supervise and manage mechanical technicians during maintenance, installation, and construction activities offshore
- Calibrate, test, install, strip down, repair, and reassemble mechanical equipment as required
- Analyze performance and condition of major rotating equipment to prevent failures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure mínimal downtime and efficient equipment performance

**Typical Equipment Handled**:

- Gas turbines and diesel engines for electric power generation
- Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps
- Reciprocating and screw-type air compressors
- Cranes, gas compressors, gearboxes, couplings, and other mechanical systems

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 3 years of technical studies (Diploma or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
- **Experience**:Minimum 5 years** of experience in mechanical maintenance in the Oil & Gas industry, with proven offshore experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of offshore mechanical systems and rotating equipment performance analysis
- Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and technical documentation
- Familiarity with offshore safety procedures, standards, and permit-to-work systems
- Ability to work offshore in rotational shifts under challenging conditions
- Good team leadership and communication skills
