**PRODUCTION FOREMAN - OFFSHORE**

We are urgently looking for a **Production foreman** who is the leader on the production floor. Who is responsible for overseeing all of the work that gets done in their area, making sure that it’s completed on time and to quality standards.

Production foremen typically have a wide range of responsibilities, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks to workers, resolving conflicts between employees, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that production activities meet safety standards, including monitoring workers to ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Directing workers’ tasks to ensure that production goals are met on time
- Overseeing the maintenance of plant facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
- Coordinating with supervisors to plan the work schedule for the facility or department
- Managing the work flow of production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Maintaining records of production activities, equipment usage, and employee performance
- Participating in team meetings to discuss production schedules and milestones, as well as any issues that may arise during production
- Reviewing work orders to determine staffing needs and assigning employees to appropriate tasks based on skill set and experience level
- Conducting audits of inventory levels to ensure that supplies are sufficient

**Requirements**:
- Any Nationality with Secondary, diploma or training certificate
- With OFFSHORE and GCC experience
- Minimum 5 yrs working experience as foreman
- Oil and Gas sector experience - Residing in Qatar with valid QID & NOC
- Will be able to join immediately once selected
