**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in the facility management or hospitality sector.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
- Prepare and manage tender documents, proposals, and bids according to client requirements.
- Ensure all submissions are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with tender specifications.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to develop winning strategies and solutions.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to enhance proposal effectiveness.
- Maintain a database of tender documents, templates, and relevant information for future reference.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in tendering, proposal management, or similar roles within the facility management or hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract management, and commercial terms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management software.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Residency or valid work permit in Qatar.
