We are looking for a dedicated Bar Unit Manager to join our team. Bar manager is an integral part of the success of a bar or pub and responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. He/she will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability in our establishment. Bar Manager must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and have a passion for the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should have minimum 4 years extensive experience running a team of line cooks, waiters and waitresses, and hosts.
- Overseeing scheduling of staff to ensure that the establishment runs smoothly during peak hours.
- Working closely with staffs to ensure a pleasant and positive dining experience for our customers.
- Must handle Administrative tasks, including staffing, scheduling hours, managing budgets, ordering supplies, and resolving issues among staff or customers.
- Ensuring that industry-specific quality and safety guidelines are followed by all staff.
- Responsible for managing inventory, creating, and maintaining schedules, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven minimum 4 years’ experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Required excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage staff and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Understanding of budget management and cost control measures.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
