We are looking for a dynamic Event Project Manager to lead and execute our events from concept to completion.
- Lead and manage all phases of event projects, from initial concept development to post-event evaluation.
- Work closely with clients, talent agents, and key stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional event experiences.
- Develop and manage project timelines, supplier coordination, budgets, legal requirement and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, logistics, and production, to deliver flawless events.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best services and prices.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously innovate and seek opportunities to elevate event experiences, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare status reports and address any project issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, specifically in high-profile events.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
- A creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
- Experience working in the Qatar or Middle East region is preferred.
