**Location**: Doha Qatar

**Position Overview**:
Lead our Visual Merchandising Department. This role requires a balanced approach between design strategy and execution, managing both internal store concepts and external brand collaborations. The department's scope covers all visual aspects of in-store displays, seasonal campaigns, windows, and brand compliance across a diverse portfolio of luxury, lifestyle, and fashion brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Visual Merchandising for Own Concept Stores:

- Develop and execute seasonal window and in-store display concepts across all concept stores.
- Ensure all store visuals are aligned with brand identity, strategic positioning, and retail objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of floor sets, focal points, and merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date, visually appealing, and commercially effective store displays.

2. Brand Coordination and Compliance:

- Act as the primary liaison between company and international brand VM and marketing teams.
- Oversee the accurate implementation of brand-driven visual merchandising campaigns and strategies across all relevant retail spaces.
- Ensure POS materials, campaign visuals, and window production are executed to brand standards and delivered on time.
- Review and approve mockups and prototypes for in-store and window installations.

3. Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, inspire, and manage both the office-based visual team and the in-store VM staff.
- Create schedules for the retail visual team, ensuring consistent store coverage and timely campaign rollouts.
- Review daily merchandising reports and store photos to ensure compliance and high quality execution.
- Provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities for team members to uphold visual excellence.

4. Project & Production Oversight:

- Manage the end-to-end process for visual production, including sourcing, budgeting, and installation of windows and in-store materials.
- Work closely with the procurement and production teams to deliver creative concepts within budget and timeline constraints.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues that may impact execution quality or timeline.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in design field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of luxury, fashion, and retail environments.
- Excellent design sensibility, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with external brand partners.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
