**job description**: **> Operate UF and RO systems for TSE polishing, ensuring consistent water quality output** **Monitor and adjust process parameters in real-time to optimize system efficiency and operational decisions** **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: **Perform preventive maintenance on UF and RO systems, including membrane cleaning and replacement** **Conduct regular integrity tests on membranes and address any issues promptly** **Troubleshoot complex system malfunctions and implement effective solutions** **Water Quality Management**: **Conduct and interpret water quality tests throughout the treatment process** **Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks** **Optimize chemical dosing for pre-treatment and post-treatment processes** **Process Optimization**: **Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in system performance** **Implement and test process modifications to enhance efficiency and water quality** **Collaborate with engineers and management on plant upgrade projects** **Documentation and Reporting**: **Maintain accurate logs of operational data, maintenance activities, and water quality results** **Prepare detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives** **Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards** **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months **Education**: - Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - RO PLANT OPERATOR: 2 years (required)
